We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide timely solutions will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the digital solutions industry.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to grasp new software and systems.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
